Industrial Tower and Wireless provides tower site leasing and management services to PCS and cellular carriers, public safety, state and local government, broadcast, property owners and others. As a recognized leader in wireless communications for over 40 years, we have the in-house expertise and resources to effectively build, market, manage and maintain tower sites for co location.

We own and operate over 150 tower sites throughout New England and South Florida and manage a portfolio of over 800 sites across Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Wyoming and South Dakota.

Overview:

Industrial Tower and Wireless is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Midwest Operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend site walks as needed across CO, NE, KS, WY & SD
  • Oversee ongoing modifications and new site builds for existing and new Tenants
  • Perform annual site inspections and maintain internal database
  • Sign Up/On board new construction vendors
  • Perform annual review of approved contractors licensing and pertinent records
  • Ensure quality standards, policies and procedures are adhered to and met

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience wireless construction preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and other systems as needed
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing wireless professionals through infrastructure deployment projects and construction management responsibilities
  • Self-motivated, able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in identifying high quality solutions
  • Valid driver’s license required

We have an immediate opening in Marshfield, MA for a Concrete/Civil Laborer.

The essential duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Clearing sites for construction of cellular towers and related structures
  • Tying rebar and setting of forms
  • Pouring and finishing concrete
  • Light demolition
  • General laborer duties at construction sites

Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skill Sets, Experience, etc.) are as follows:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience with tying rebar, various form systems and concrete placement
  • Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions
  • Willingness to learn civil/site work
  • Valid driver’s license /safe driving record
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Working knowledge of hand tools
  • Maintain self in good physical condition and stamina

Industrial Communications, an industry leader in wireless communications experiencing rapid growth, has immediate openings for both experienced Tower Techniciansand entry-level Tower Technician Trainees at our Marshfield, MA Headquarters.

These positions involve working in construction services for the wireless industry including 4G/LTE technologies. Climbing towers or other elevated structures to perform inspections, installations, and maintenance services for the wireless industry including cellular, broadcast, and public safety.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Participation in job and safety training.

Industrial Communications is a well established and diverse wireless communications company, providing powerful communications solutions to businesses, public safety, and government throughout New England and South Florida.

We have an immediate opening at our Marshfield, MA headquarters for an experienced RF Technician/Installer who would be responsible for the installation, alignment, maintenance and troubleshooting of two-way radio and microwave equipment for customers and fixed sites.

The essential duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain VHF/UHF/900Mhz two-way radios, microwave, consoles, BDA’s and other RF related equipment
  • Determine and apply the best methodology for installing radio systems, RF transmit and receive systems, and antennas
  • Troubleshoot/bench test and repair equipment down to the board level
  • Travel to customer locations and fixed site locations to install, repair and troubleshoot equipment
  • Programming and installation of mobile two-way radios into commercial and public safety vehicles
  • Prepare, complete and maintain appropriate job tickets, warranty forms and reports in an accurate and timely manner

JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill Sets, Experience, etc.)

  • Understanding basic electronics
  • 1-2 years related experience with RF Theory, Radio and/or Microwave communications equipment
  • Knowledge of Fiber Optic technology and IP networking is a plus
  • Experience with Motorola communication equipment and Public Safety markets is a plus
  • Associates degree or equivalent in electronics is desired.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevated heights and on roof tops.

CERTIFICATIONS

  • CET certification and/or FCC license is a plus. Electronics/Applied Electronics background desired.
