Industrial Communications, an industry leader in wireless communications experiencing rapid growth, has immediate openings for Technician Trainees at our Marshfield, MA Headquarters.

Starting hourly rate $ 20.00 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience.

Position involves working in construction services building towers, climbing towers or other elevated structures to perform inspections, installations, testing, and maintenance services for the wireless industry including cellular, broadcast, and public safety.

We have an immediate opening at our Marshfield, MA headquarters for an Apprentice Electrician

Jobholder is responsible for assisting with the electrical wiring, electrical equipment and related fixtures for the construction and maintenance of various communications towers, cellular telephone facilities and residential/commercial properties. Works with supervisor to ensure all work is done in accordance with the relevant codes.


  • Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects.
  • Assist in connect wires, circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
  • Examine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation and tighten connections, using hand tools.
  • Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Work with Electrician to inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
  • Erect electrical system components and barricades, and rig scaffolds, hoists, and shoring.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order
  • Place conduit (pipes or tubing) and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit.
  • Follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
  • Assist in repairing or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.


  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction.
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Job Description
Industrial Communications is looking for a Systems Administrator to join its team! This individual will report to the President and will be responsible for managing IT staff as well as the IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage VMware ESXi servers
  • Manage storage area networks (EMC, Dell, QNAP)
  • Manage Windows and Linux servers
  • Manage backups and test disaster recovery processes
  • Ensure the infrastructure remains up to date
  • Ensure the infrastructure meets all compliance and policy requirements
  • Manage the network and all related components across various sites, including vlans, firewalls, and site to site VPNs
  • Manage antivirus, backup, and software-based systems
  • Procurement, deployment, and tracking of IT assets
  • Provide onsite and remote technical assistance for 120 users
  • Resolve issues in a timely manger
  • Manage IT staff and work with technical people at difference offices
  • Provide support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, tablets, printers, desk phones & headsets, and any other network-connected devices

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing Windows Server (2003-2016) and Linux servers (SuSE, Ubuntu, Debian)
  • 5+ years of experiencing managing a VMware ESXi virtualized infrastructure
  • 5+ years of experience managing storage area networks (EMC, Dell, QNAP)
  • 5+ years of experience managing database servers including MS SQL, MySQL, and HANA
  • Strong working knowledge of networking including management of enterprise-grade HP, Cisco, and Brocade equipment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Experience with active directory and other Microsoft enterprise technologies (e.g. Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365, MDT/WDS, WSUS)

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a “can do” attitude
  • Working knowledge of premise and cloud-based system
  • Ability to keep up to date on emerging technologies and security risk
